Our Committees

What’s Next has two standing committees that meet every few months to plan activities and identify resources for our members. Each committee has a chair (and sometimes a co-chair) and has one member of the Board servings as a member.

Program Committee

Meet your neighbors and have some fun. This committee plans regular events and outings open to all of our members and forms member led interest groups that meet around a topic or activity of interest.  This committee identifies topics, finds teachers from inside and outside our group and plans a variety of learning events.  There's so much to do in our neighborhood. This committee identifies volunteer opportunities and plans group activities that keep us all active in and around our community.

Communication

Keeping in touch with each other is the key to a successful organization.  This committee welcomes new members, updates our website and facebook pages, sends out a monthly newsletter and helps us keep in touch with one another.
