"Have you ever wanted to really understand what Marxism is all about?  Have you ever actually read the 1848 "Communist Manifesto" by Karl Marx and Friederich Engels?  In today's politically charged world, might it be interesting to examine the original ideas that fueled and still influence some of the biggest upheavals in history?   

Let's read the original (1888 English translation) pamphlet and discuss! Our conversation will be guided by Barbara Moore, What's Next member and one-time member of the Communist Labor Party in the United States.
