Wednesday evenings 5:00-5:45 pm Gentle Yoga on the floor:
45 minutes of gentle floor-based stretches designed to lubricate and stabilize joints, increase range of motion, and lengthen and strengthen the spine. The pace and transitions will be slow and gentle allowing you time to relax into the stretches. You will need a yoga or exercise mat, also something like a garden knee pad or folded blanket to cushion your knees, and a strap that is 5-7 foot length like a belt or a rope - it should not be stretchy, you will grab at both ends and wrap around the bottom of your foot.
