Monday mornings 10:15 - 11:00 am Chair Yoga:
Treat yourself to 45 minutes of breathing and gentle stretching designed to open your shoulders and hips and lengthen your spine all while supported by a chair. The chair should be sturdy and allow you to grip the sides and back of the seat. Wear stretchy clothing to allow for easy movement. Find a strap that is 5-7 foot length handy - like a belt or a rope - it should not be stretchy that you will need to grab at both ends and wrap around the bottom of your foot. Leslie will offer this class every Monday morning. RSVP to reserve a spot. Gentle Yoga will also be offered on Wednesdays at 5 pm.
