Marathon Mania Saturday, October 9, 9:30am. The Baltimore Running Festival is back! The half marathon begins at 9:45am and the first mile includes E. Baltimore Street from President St. to Patterson Park Ave. Meet in front of the Gunther Mansion (2100 E. Baltimore St.) at 9:30 am to join your friendly What’s Next members as we shout encouragement to the runners. Bring folding chairs, noise makers, musical instruments, and inspirational signs. Potluck snacks and BYOB.
